  • 8:30 am Arrive in St. Cloud, MN

    • Begin Lancer Preparation for Success

  • 10:00 am Parade Begins

  • 10:30 am Lancers Step-off (approx. we are the third band)

  • 12:00 pm Awards Ceremony

  • 12:30 pm Clean Awards Area

  • 1:00 pm Lunch in St. Cloud (each student will receive a $10 stipend)

  • 2:00 pm Depart for Alexandria

  • 3:30 pm Arrive at Beach in Alexandria for fun with the Henry Sibley band!

    • Bring beach towel, appropriate swimsuit, sunscreen, and water!

  • 6:00 pm Depart for Housing Site

  • 7:00 pm Dinner

  • 8:00 pm Rehearsal

  • 9:30 pm Snack (included)

  • 10:00 pm Lancer Meeting

  • 11:00 am Lights Out!

Sunday June 30th

  • 8:00 am Warm-up/Stretch/Rehearse/Transfer

  • 10:30 am Lunch (included)

  • 1:30 pm Vikingland Band Festival Begins

  • 1:55 pm Lancers Step-off in Alexandria (we are 5th in the parade this year)

  • 5:15 pm Clean Awards Area

  • Supper stop in St. Cloud (own expense)

Meet the Lancers

Itinerary:

  • 5:00pm - Meal (pulled pork) for Lancers

  • 5:30pm - Meal (public)

  • 6:00pm - Uniform / Warm-up

  • 6:45pm - March around school

  • 7:00pm - Performance on Hoffman Road

  • 7:45pm - Concert Performance on Mankato East Football Field

Students:

The performance is at 7:00. Bring everything you will need with you for a performance to rehearsal in the morning. That includes your shell, shoes, black socks, etc.

Hair: Students hair will need to meet Lancer Guidelines as has been discussed. Guys with hair that is too long will need to be cut (unless other arrangements have been made). Schedule haircuts over lunch if needed. Girls that will be wearing a bun will also need hair nets. If you have questions on hair please check with your section leader or other vets.
